Test results, A2 and more!

WOW, first test was fair. I didn't get the mark I wanted to, but its okay, I'm still happy. I was expecting much harder questions.

Now that I look at assignment two, the course is getting much much harder. Anything with recursion is difficult and takes time to understand for me, I think others feel the same way. The problem set number two is due tomarrow as well as ps4. Nobody said this will be easy , but the best way about getting this done and efficiently is using the csc help centre. The solutions to the questions don't just come fast, well not for me atleast. Sometimes, I don't know why, but when you stare at the problem, the solution just comes to your mind. I have stared at it for couple of hours and still nothing haha. Lets try the more logical approach by getting help. Until next time friends.

After Assignment 1

Its now week 4 and already there is a test next week.

Assignment 1 for this course was due at the start of this week and I am thankful that we didn't have to hand in the solutions to question 4 until later. I found that it was quite challenging for me, but not impossible. Thanks to the csc help centre, I was able to finish it and also understand more than I would have without the help. On the very same day that it was due, I had to write a quiz and submit homework for another course, so I kind of finished this assignment at the last minute. Understanding and writing the solutions took a good amount of time and now after rushing through this, I've learned that in the near future, I better start early on working on assignment 2. I'm just grateful that the A1 was due at 10pm.

As for the lectures, I decided to review the slides before coming to class. I've found this to be a great help since I now know what to expect. However, it is still too vague and I kind of skim through them quickly. Nonetheless, it helps, so I'm going to keep doing that. Good for me.
